Refreshed label localization runtime evidence

On 2026-10-13, python Tools/summarize_new_labels.py returned PASS_SCOPED_NEW_LABEL_RUNTIME: 24 actual source/exact Development-package runs, four cases per mode per engine, with 30 required assertions each. Engines: UE5.6.1, UE5.7.4 and UE5.8.3, Win64. Each engine compiled all32 saved Blueprint classes without errors, warnings or failed loads. All177 prepared authored files match the current canonical revision, apart from copied project association formatting;64core files remain unchanged. Exact staged English/Turkish localization resources and package boundaries pass.

Run matrix: RTS/RPG,1280×720 normal and800×600 enlarged. Four new assertions verify runtime Turkish activation, world-choice labels, Field overview heading and the public-header default confirmation/cancel text;26 existing assertions cover the saved tile screen, selection/model updates, theme/lifecycle, software pointer/modal/device-family/focus/back behavior. The refreshed catalogs have271 translated entries and matching placeholders. Header gathering and the previous Controls text-key collision were corrected; initial failed attempts are retained.

Actual UE5.8 cooked frames visually reviewed: Evidence/Packages/NL8/Windows/ForgeExamples/Saved/FieldCardsChecks/ForgePilgrimage/Selected-Enlarged00000.png and ForgeOutpost/Selected-Normal00000.png. Saha özeti and Günlüğe dön render readable, the bounded tile previews use ellipsis and the selected detail is separate. The enlarged tile viewport reveals a partial next row consistent with scrolling. The English scout sentence is temporary QA model data, not a missing catalog label.

Limits: language switches after English startup and is restored on cleanup without saving the culture config. This does not fix or suppress the known Epic UE5.6 Turkish-editor-startup diagnostics. This is not whole-catalog visual/professional translation review, physical-controller/touch validation or Shipping proof for the updated catalogs. The earlier24 Shipping records retain their pre-refresh177-file revision. Optional SDKs are absent from these default hosts/packages.
